The warnings we care about are at lines 1651 and 1627 of
skeleton-final-mib.mib, the max value of the range is missing.
The other 4 warnings are because I don't have the pwg MIBs in my
database and I get warnings like "Node "pwg" with OID "1.3.6.1.4.1.2699"
created".
