Sorry for the late notice. I was on vacation for a couple weeks, did
not have time to do any of the needed editing. When my brain gets back
from vacation, I will write something for next week.

In the meantime, everyone please go over the doc and the MIB text
looking for anything that is not clear or actually wrong. We need to
clean this up quickly.
