I made these changes at the request of individuals representing
themselves as speaking for the Printer Working Group. Anyway, I dont
care either way; my impression was that you all had decided on these
changes. No, you all tell me differently.

I can dig out of my email archive who said what, but Harry and other
individuals collectively asked (in email) to make the changes that are
reflected in the first 2 drafts. Im frankly shocked that the PWG is
just now getting around to consider these. I think at this point, we
have to go back to stage 0 and start the process over.

I was doing the hostmib advancement really for the PWG group. Empire
and the rest of the HostMIB community did not have much stake either
way in advancing the Host MIB or leaving it where it currently stands.

I will continue to do the work for advancement. However, I will not
do so until the PWG folks have come to a consensus as to how they want
the various printer-related MIB objects to appear.
