I have sent V07 of the SMB URI Internet Draft to the IETF. From past
experience, it should be posted within the week.

In the mean time I have posted a *preview* copy here:

This revision, relative to the previous one has no changes to the syntax
or semantics of the URI scheme. Fact is, I'm fussy about my writing and I
wasn't happy with V06. I'm still not completely happy with this one so I
may send in one more revision before I ask for acceptance.
