Section 3. Scope of the Print Service Interoperability Spec.

	Comment: Remove "informative" from section title as well as throughout...
	Comment: Editorial (TargetDevice ==> Target Device throughout...)

VII.	PSI Specification Review (version 2003/09/26)

Reviewed the issues and questions in the latest version of the spec.
(see updated specification)

Section 5

Issue 1: Toolkits/editors for WSDL aren't currently to a level to be able to 
correctly or consistently validate the wsdl files.  

Resolution: Clarify that the wsdl files are for "reference" designs only (i.e., informative).
However the PSI spec. can't become a full PWG standard without normative wsdl files.

Section 5.3

Issue 2: Resolve the above namespace.

Resolution/Discussion: Need to move the "normative" namespace declaration discussion to the beginning of Section 5
before the discussion about the wsdl documents. (Namespace is normative, wsdl files are currently 
informative pending the resolution of Issue 1.)

Comment: Now that there as an independent conformance section, the detailed method/parameter conformance
requirements statements that are currently in each method description need to be moved to a table (or something)
in the conformance section.
Resolution: Dave todo, create the table.....

Section 6

Issue: Client needs ability to determine the mode of the Print Service.
Need semantic model attribute (autoSelectTargetDevice_supported boolean),(TargetDeviceIdentifier_supported 
boolean) or equivalent multivalue attribute(s)........(see updated specification)

Section 10

Discussed the three conformance questions/issues (see updated spec)

Action Item: (Last Call Reviewers) The conformance section should be reviewed closely to make sure it 
accurately summarizes the requirments of the PSI specification. 

Section 13 and 14 

ToDo (Ira to provide standard text for these sections)

Section 15 (Security Model Considerations)

Ira continuing to develop the text for the Security section.

VII. Brief discussion of the results of the interop event.

Basic operations (Createjob etc) seemed to work, however toolkit issues
caused the need for extensive hand coding of the interfaces to get basic
interoperability....Toolkit interoperability is still a continuing issue.

VIII. There will be no PSI phone conference on October 14, 2003.
	Move out original "schedule going forward" dates by a week.....
	Next Phone conference Call on Tuesday October 21, 2003.
	Details will be sent to the reflector.
