This kind of channel type sounds very much like these values:
chOLE
chRPC
and so on...
The PWG later decided that a "middleware layer" spec doesn't
make for a good "print channel", as there is no real concrete
binding to a particular print service.
chCORBA doesn't sound like a good idea, at least not without
further description(s) of how it would map to a known print
service of some kind.
Comments from the PWG?
