I didn't have a chance to draft a formal PWG standards document ... but I
want to get this topic on the table within a week prior to the Portland
F2F so I'm posting a rough draft of the concepts.

(Unable to post to PWG FTP at this time so I've attached the small PDF,
below)

We've given some thought to transferring Job Tickets and Capabilities
Objects (i.e. UPDF) and one way would be via simple additional Job
Definition attributes in IPP. While it might be cleaner to have mirror
attributes for Job Ticket and Capabilities, we recognize the Printer
Installation Extension (draft) already exists and are open to leveraging
that for capabilities.

I'd like to discuss transport of Job Ticket and UPDF in both IPP and PSI
at the plenary in Portland and solicit any comments prior to that on the
reflector.
