    Harry, et al:

Here are my suggestions, comments and corrections concerning the PWG
Process document dated April 14, 2004

    1) Clause 2.1, Page 6, line 193: add "in odd numbered years" at the very
    beginning of the line.

    2) Clause 2.1, Page 7, line 199: add "in odd numbered years" immediate
    following "...is elected"

    3) Clause 2.1, Page 7, line 204: add "in odd numbered years" immediate
    following "...is elected"

    4) Clause 2.1, Page 7, line 209: add "or by a majority of its members"
immediately following "...of the PWG Chair"

    5) Clause 2.2, Page 7, line 212: capitalize "chair"

    6) Clause 2.2, Page 7, line 214: add to the end of the sentence "or is
otherwise terminated by the Chair with the agreement of the Steering
    Committee."

    7) Clause 2.3, Page 7, line 236: change "is accomplished" to "can be
    accomplished"

    8) Clause 2.3, Page 7, line 237: strike this sentence

    9) Clause 2.3, Page 7, line 241: change "not" to "no"

    10) Clause 4.1, Page 8, line 260: capitalize "chair"

    11) Clause 4.2, Page 8, line 270: change "devotion" to "commitment"

    12) Clause 4.2, Page 8, line 273: and "and include a liasion plan with the
    other organization" following "standards organization"

    13) Clause 4.2, Page 9, line 283: change "validity" to "completeness"

    14) Clause 4.4.1, Page 9, line 314: Insert a break between "title page."
    and "Table 2..."

    15) Clause 4.4.1, Page 9: Who decides the maturity level of a draft?
Concensus of the WG? The Chair? A Ouija ball?

    16) Clause 4.5, Page 10, line 330: Reword sentence to say: "However,
should changes to a Candidate Standard be necessary, these changes will be
accomplished via Working Drafts that must once again go through Last Call
and Formal Approval. The Working Draft will then and only then regain
    Candidate Standard status.

    17) Clause 4.5, Page 10, line 335: strike "afterwards"

    18) Clause 4.7, Page 10, line 355: add "PWG extensions to non-PWG standards
cannot attain PWG Standard status until the base standard has attained the
rough equivalent of PWG Standard status in the other organization."

    19) Clause 7.1, Page 14, line 436: capitalize "chair"

    20) Clause 7.1, Page 14, line 440: spell out "New York City, New York USA."

    21) Clause 7.3, Page 15, line 491: capitalize "chair"

    22) Clause 8, Page 15, line 500: What is a type 2 enum? This is not
    defined in the document.

    23) I have purposefully avoided any comment on the IP section. What is the
    plan to re-write this section?

There is really no last call process for the process document ;-). Please
review and prepare to try and close this formally at the Portland plenary.
If you can't make Portland please share you comments ahead of time so they
    may be incorporated.
