Hi Randy,
As I was repeatedly told on the IETF NetConf list, the fact
that NetConf doesn't plausibly scale to end systems (because
it has no standard data model at all and has no unambiguous
semantics for any of its "operations", as a consequence)
is not a problem because NetConf is just a replacement for
JunoScript (I'm quoting here).
