Hi,
Two very interesting documents for comments on printing
and other aspects of Linux.
As noted, Lenovo has just become the first top tier
vendor to ship Linux pre-installed on a laptop.

The following note has just gone out to those that participated in the
2006 OSDL Linux Client Survey. Along with the survey results, we posted
a "year in review" article that used the survey results as well as
feedback from many of the desktop architects on this list. There are no
big revelations in the article, especially for this crowd, but feel free
read and even reference the article however you would like to. The
documents are all free and open.
