    Then the semantics for the DoumentFormat enhancement would be described in
    the IPP Document Object and the referenced in the PWG Semantic model. The
    actual XML encoding of those semantic would be in the PWG Semantic Model
    Schema just as all the other semantic elements are.

    Of these, I'd prefer specifying this in the IPP document - though probably
    as an appendix, since it would be describing an XML structure that we
    couldn't directly represent in IPP.

    PSI today "purely" just points to the SM document for all of it's element
    semantics - I'd rather not start putting this kind of stuff in the PSI
    document at this point.
