As some - if at all - have seen I've started a larger block to bring the specification documentation to an up-to-date level.
I normally use the directory
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/upd/Current_Version/
to save any documentation I want to publicize or just store as a reminder for the whole group.
From time to time we have to update the information accessible from our web site like the 'UPDF Functional Specification'.
So whenever you are looking for some explanation and you do not find it in the official documents you may check this directory and you may find some informal docu about it.
The latest 'UPDF Functional Specification' has a section about the Parameter Converter incorporated.
There I have removed the corresponding doc file from our temporary documentation directory.
Other doc files should move similarly into the official documents over time.
