Some of the latest details on the reflector are initiated by the driver implementation we are working on heavily the last weeks, while most contributions the years before were purely based on the specification of the format.
That demonstrates as well that we have been able to ease the implementation work over time.
The newest change is to make the ID attribute mandatory in every element where it is not fixed.
This allows the code to rely on a unique value per feature.
