The changes have been made to the usage counters table per our last WBMM
meeting. The summary of the changes is below. The pdf version containing

Changes from v0.04 to v0.06:
1) Changed SystemXxx to AuxiliaryXxx (e.g. AuxiliaryImpressions)
2) Added glossary of terms taken from rfc2707
3) Changed XxxImpresions descriptions to use the definitions from
rfc2707
4) Replaced all instances of toner with colorant
5) Added XxxTime elements from IBM's submission (e.g. MaintenanceTime)
6) Fixed the cut and paste error in the description of
TwoSidedTotalSheets.
7) Added note to TotalBlankImpressions and TotalBlankSheets indication
the Watermarks and Forms are not considered blank even if the watermark or
form is not part of the job data.
8) Fixed spelling of MaintenanceXxx
