The type and timing of response to certain error conditions in receiving or executing entries in a schedule. e.g., if a schedule includes some actions that the identified device cannot perform (ever), should there be an error response to the send schedule operation or should the device or the proxy report the error (assuming that it can) at the scheduled time?
