    Hi Bill,

    Thanks - still one bug - the _next_ Parameter definition for
    'notifyElements' has gotten prefixed with 'URIs' as in:

    URIsnotifyElements : xsd:NMTOKEN

    Hi Bill,

    Caught while editing the Schedule schema - a bug crept into
    the WBMM Protocol spec last week (0119) and is still there.

    In section 5.3.15 SubscribeForAlerts, please fix two things:
    (1) at the beginning, DELETE 'list of event names to
    be delivered via SendAlert.' from the signature of
    the operation.
    (2) later in Parameters, DELETE existing bad definition
    of 'notifyEvents' and INSERT the deleted text from
    above.
