The changes have been made to the usage counters table per our last WBMM
meeting. The summary of the changes is below. The pdf version is available

Changes from v0.10 to v0.11:
        1. Added short list of counters to the beginning
        2. Changed File to Storage in counters (e.g.
ScanToStorageImages)
        3. Added transform service (e.g. TransformServiceKOctets)
        4. Added remaining Total Sheet counters (e.g. TotalBlackSheets)
        5. Added TotalTime
        6. Added service specific time counters (e.g. PrintDownTime)
        7. Minor typo fixes
        8. Sorted based on new names and groups
