Sorry, Visio doesn't do PDF (and PDF often has trouble with Visio diagrams) The *.emz file is normally taken by Internet Explorer, so if you bring up the HTML attachment, IE should do the picture (apparently it didn't). Anyway, I was taking a short cut. Now I have imported the file into Word and pdF ed the Word file. I have included the modified Interface diagram as well, but Acrobat does not handle this from an embedded Visio diagram...there are other tricks necessary for that.
