A revised spec draft, intended to follow Jerry's new format, and with some attempts at clarification is posted on

This draft includes some question areas, highlighted in yellow, as well as other area that may misrepresent the intent of the group. It is intended that this draft be discussed at the conference call next Tuesday to ensure that we have addressed what we can before discussion by the wider audience at the August face-to-face. This draft also has "examples" sections added with, at present, dummy information. It would be helpful to put actual examples in place.
