The WIMS spec, with some minor updates, is posted at

Ira's definitions of model components have been added and the references brought in line with the text. There are a few yellow-highlighted areas for discussion/correction, and the conformance section need to be considered and written. We will be discussing this along with schema at they next conference call, 26 January.
