    Since we have not made much progress on the Counter spec, the primary agenda item will be a review of the WIMS Spec draft.

    In addition comments on the updated test, we will be discussing the requirements and security additions suggested by Ira.

    I will post an update of the counter spec, reflecting last weeks comments, later this week for review at next week's conference call. Current schedule are for calls on March 23 and March 30. I will not be available on April 6.

    I will also send out a first cut of the high level WIMS/Counter spec presentation before next week's call.
