    So far, the only comments on the last Counter Spec are to replace the term "parameter" with "Counter", presumably because anticipated readers might be take "parameter" in a CS sense rather than as an English word. That is easily done.

    Agenda for Tuesday 29 March is to wrap up Counter Spec for Kast call and to solicit comments on the presentation. If time allows, some discussion of the requirements handling for the WIMS Spec woudl also be useful.

    I have "accepted" all changes agreed upon to day. There are very few markups remaining and we should be able to get agreement on these very quickly.

    I intend also to post, sometime before Tuesday, a cut at the WIMS informational presentation for Tokyo. (Harry, if you also have an updated presentation, please indicate).
