    Hi,

    The Counter Spec is the only source of normative definitions
    for specific abstract counters.

    Recent review of the Counter MIB has identified incomplete
    and/or inconsistent definitions. Those definitions MUST be
    removed entirely from the Counter MIB and be imported by
    reference _only_ from the Counter Spec.

    Specifically, 'black', 'blank' 'fullColor', 'highlightColor'
    as applied to both 'sheets' and 'impressions' must be clarified
    in the Counter Spec.

    Please direct all comments on definitions against the parent
    Counter Spec.
