I have one additional comment regarding these documents.
The term "Black Images" should be "Monochrome Images'.
According to Pete, the exact color of the printed output is determined by the printing device
and is not specified within the image data. As a consequence, there is no "Highlight Color
Images" element specified. If "Black Images" is retained, then it implies there must be a
color specification within the image data, and we will need to add "Highlight Color Images".
Also, in either case, our definitions need to be more specific.
