    Hi,

    At today's off-time WIMS teleconference, Harry Lewis, Jerry
    Thrasher, and I decided to move back to our regular time next
    week:

    We all took some action items to write up missing definitions
    or figure updates or whatever for the Counter Spec.

    Next week, we'll review the email of proposed updates (but not
    produce an interim draft or a new Counter MIB draft yet). Our
    concensus of three was to write internal Design Requirements
    (I'll propose some) and try to complete this Counter Spec and
    start Formal Approval - without waiting for the eventual WIMS
    Protocol Spec for design requirements.
