Hi,

I noted at today's meeting that we have not addressed the list of
possible exceptions that can be returned in each WIMS operation
response message in the 'statusString' output parameter (which is
a textual string defined by the PWG Semantic Model and also used
in PSI/1.0).

I suggest we should:

(a) add a new section 6.1.4 Status Strings to existing section 6.1;

(b) add a brief Exceptions section to each WIMS operation definition
    that names (but does NOT explain) the relevant status values.
