    Hi Craig,

    Now that I better understand non-MIB 'MappingStrings'
    elements, the IPP ones in the whitepaper are wrong.
    And I need to get a format with John Crandall for the
    many PWG standard references. And there are quite a
    few incomplete enum updates.

    And there are some 'Issue' topics, e.g., MIME(47), that
    do NOT require deprecation (just an editorial fix to the
    Description elements).

    I'd like to at least get Printer class right before you
    waste your time pasting it into a CR, because I wouldn't
    want you to edit future deltas into that CR, for fear of
    missing/scrambling the changes.

    I'll put some priority on doing an interim Printer-only
    release of my whitepaper by the end of this week.
