    - revised section 'Summary of Changes' to higher level of abstraction
    - moved change summaries for each class to their section for clarity
    - removed all '??' in change summaries for each class
    - changed 'Tech' to 'Enum' in change summaries for clarity
    - added 'Note' column to change summaries for each class
    - added 'Note' for ambiguous, erroneous, or fictitious properties to be
      DEPRECATED in a future CR
    - modified ValueMap and Values to add all missing enumerations to
      'LanguagesSupported' property (by _very_ careful deskchecking, because
      these lists are out-of-order and have holes???)
    - clarified precedence of 'PWG Media Standardized Names' [PWG5101.1] for
      'PaperTypesAvailable', per Rick Landau
    - added 'prtInputMediaName' to MappingStrings for 'DefaultPaperType',
      per Rick Landau
    - clarified Description and added MappingStrings for (badly named)
      'HorizontalResolution' and 'VerticalResolution' properties,
      per Rick Landau
