1. Acceptance of the minutes of 22 February..

2. Discussion of Next Steps. Steering Committee meetings have suggested that Protocol Document should not go into formal vote without binding document. Binding document needs samples of protocol interactons as they appear over the line. Intent is to derive these from WSDL, but there are some version and tool questions there.

3. There has been constant reminder of the need for alerting the PWG for letters of assurance for intellectual property.
