    Based on Rick's latest Printer MIB v2 mapping table:

    Change Log:

    - Generated 'Write' clause for MAX-ACCESS 'read-write' properties
    - Changed to Rick's new Description clauses for StatusXxx properties
    - Changed 'this object' to 'this property' in Description clauses
    - Changed 'prtGroupXxx' to 'CIM_PrintGroup.Xxx' in Description clauses
    - Changed '...Index' objects to '...Id' properties
    - Changed '...Id' properties from 'sint32' to 'uint32'
    - Changed positive 'MinValue' properties from 'sint32' to 'uint32'
    - Changed 'input subunit' to 'input tray subunit'
    - Changed 'marking subunit' to 'marker subunit'
    - Changed 'output subunit' to 'output tray subunit'

    The enclosed CIM_PrintOutputTray class should agree with Rick's CR 901,
    except for mofpretty and the presence of the two 'Write' clauses that
    were missing in Rick's CR 901.
