OK. It would appear that the least bad time is 12 Noon EDT. If there are no objections, I will reschedule meetings for that time.
Note, as Ira indicated, WIMS is not necessarily on a two week cycle, but that alternate weeks may be skipped beause of lack of need or absense of a critical participant. We try to schedule the next meeting at the end of each phone conference.
