2. Consideration of the problems in attempting to incorporate the minimum useful Printer MIB information into the CIM Structure, and the possiblity of a path to including other useful printer/imaging related information.

Note that, although some may have doubts about whether CIM remains the best approach toward ensuring a proper and consistent element base for Web Services management of imaging devices, and further whether the proposed modifications to this approach predicated by current CIM requirements will provide adequate coverage, teh fact is that Rick and Ira are the only ones doing this work and, so long as this is so, there is little alternative but to support their approach.
