    I revised the class groupings spreadsheet according to our latest
    understanding of the direction.
    - There is a second worksheet containing the names of associations to be
    used.
    - There are some new properties, e.g., IsDefault, to signify the default
    InputTray, OutputTray, etc.
    - There are many notations about having to add some XxxBasis properties
    to account for the out-of-band values that, in the SNMP representation,
    are rolled into many (more than a dozen!) integers values.
    - Colorant is being rolled into Supply to simplify the model.
    And so forth.
