If you use Notepad++ to read MIBs, and I recommend highly that you do,
please note that RFC3806 contains a rogue quotation mark that screws up
the syntax color highlighting of all the interesting parts. Line 1251
has a double-quote at the end of the line that does not terminate any
quoted string. Instead, it confuses Notepad++'s otherwise excellent
color highlighting. (The files required for this feature are in the
pub/pwg/tools directory on the FTP site.) Deleting that one stray
character fixes the problem.

PS: Some other editors, specifically UltraEdit, do not share this
problem. But they cost money and Notepad++ doesn't.
