    - Deleted "OtherComponentTypeDescription" (now redundant),

    - Added "ComponentElementName" (value of ManagedSystemElement.Name),
      per discussion with Rick Landau;
    - Revised Description clauses of "SeverityLevel" and "TrainingLevel"
      to specify exact meanings for each enumerated value (original text
      from Printer MIB was circular and ambiguous in places),
      for CIM best practice
    - Added "OtherSeverityLevel" and "OtherTrainingLevel",
      for CIM best practice
