    * Changed document status from Interim to Prototype, to
      reflect the maturity of this specification.
    * Revised one existing textual convention:
        IcCounterEventTypeTC, to add two new generic state events
          (serviceStateChanged and subunitStatusChanged).
    * Revised (increased) SIZE of two existing columnar objects:
        icMediaUsedMediaSizeName and icMediaUsedMediaName, to align
          with IPP/1.1 (RFC 2911).
    * Revised DESCRIPTION of three existing columnar objects:
        icAlertCounterEventType, icAlertCounterName, and
          icAlertCounterValue, to refer to state events, objects,
          and values (serviceCreated was already defined in v1).
