      for PWG Last Call.
    * Revised DESCRIPTION of fifteen existing columnar objects, adding
      explicit mapping from existing MIB objects in Usage paragraphs:
        icServiceState, icTimeTotalSeconds, icTimeDownSeconds,
        icTimeMaintenanceSeconds, icTimeProcessingSeconds,
        icMonitorMemoryAllocErrors, icMonitorMemoryAllocWarnings,
