    * Final changes, per Bill Wagner's comments, to enter PWG Last Call.
* Revised one existing textual convention:
    IcCounterEventTypeTC, to add two new generic counter events
    (counterInterval and counterThreshold).
* Revised DESCRIPTION of four existing columnar objects, adding
  more detailed mapping information to Usage paragraphs:
    icTimeTotalSeconds, icTimeDownSeconds,
    icTimeMaintenanceSeconds, and icTimeProcessingSeconds.
* Revised DESCRIPTION of four existing columnar objects, replacing
  erroneous Usage paragraphs with Note paragraphs:
    icMonitorMemoryAllocWarnings, icMonitorStorageAllocWarnings,
    icTrafficInputMessages, and icTrafficOutputMessages."
