The HTML Flat Classes description of the latest published version of the
CIM schema is now in the tools directory.

ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/tools/flatClassesHTML_CIM2.17.1.zip

It's 12MB, unzips to 100MB. As usual, start at index.html. Happy
