    XHTML-Print MIME type is described in the last part of Section 2.1 Document
    Conformance.
    There are two kinds as the following;
    1. application/vnd.pwg-xhtml-print+xml
    2. application/xhtml+xml

    In case of multiplexed data,
    does a value of Content-Type of XHTML data part set those values?
