There is a new version of CSS Print at http://www.w3.org/TR/css-print/.

This version takes a step back to Last Call Working Draft to add a
requirement for the 'fit' and 'fit-position' properties. (These new
requirements will not affect existing protocols which use CSS Print,
because they refer to the previous CR version, which is of course
unchanged.)

Please let me know if you find problems with this version.
