FIN> Alignment of Xerox IPP Attributes with FIN MIB

Xerox is requesting the registration of several new IPP 
attributes that fall within the scope of the Finisher MIB.  
Four of these new attributes are not currently supported in 
the Finisher MIB.  They are:

   staple-dual-top
   staple-dual-bottom
   staple-dual-left
   staple-dual-right

Also, the Finisher MIB "FinStitchingTypeTC" contains the 
enum "stitch(10)" which is not included in the Xerox set.  
This appears to be a generic enum which was to have been 
replaced by "other(1)".  I propose that "stitch(10)" be 
removed.  

The revised "FinStitchingTypeTC" enum set would be:


         other(1),
         unknown(2),
         stapleTopLeft(4),
         stapleBottomLeft(5),
         stapleTopRight(6),
         stapleBottomRight(7),
         saddleStitch(8),
         edgeStitch(9),
         stapleDualTop(10),
         stapleDualBottom(11),
         stapleDualLeft(12),
         stapleDualRight(13)
