[PWG-Announce] PWG Last Call: IPP Finishings v3.0 (FIN) (Ends March 21, 2022)

Should we extend it by 1-2 weeks? I can be a bit more active in beating the bushes for responses. We have 4 responses thus far - not sure how many we need to achieve quorum.
