IFXers,
Due to some error that were found in the specification of the 'Tiling' operator,
I am proposing to revise the specification of this operator as shown in the PDF
at this link:

In addition to fixing some general problems, I have also specified the order in
which the tiles must appear in the stream. The tile ordering can no longer be
ordered at the whim of the Producer. This ordering: left to right, top to
bottom, follows the image pixel data ordering that is called for in the spec.
It should also be noted that the orientation of the page relative to this
ordering can be arbitrary. The page could be either landscape or portrait as it
is defined in the Page object's 'Media Box' field.
I'm submitting this change independent of a new release to solicit comments on
this change before the next release of the PDF/is spec is made.
