The Patent Clarification section provided by Adobe (page 36, lines
1079-1082) indicates that
a "process" is/will be defined by Adobe or the PWG in either the CS or STD
to request the RF
license from Adobe for essential IP claims.......
I didn't see the process detailed in the draft.. Has this process been
defined yet...?
