In response to an editorial comment for IPP FaxOut, I discovered that the published IPP Everywhere specification (PWG 5100.14) incorrectly lists the "first-job-id" operation attribute in Table 7 as being defined by RFC 2911. It is actually a CUPS extension and should not have been included in Table 7 at all.
