Based on review during the IPP WG call on 17 September 2014, I have posted
a new draft of the IPP WG Charter:

PLEASE review and comment on this draft ASAP - the PWG Steering
Committee intends to review and (hopefully) approve this charter at
their next meeting on Thursday 25 September.
Change Log (17 September 2014)
(1) Changed status from "Interim Draft" to "Stable Draft"
(2) Dropped "Printer" from name of Logo in item (f)
(3) Added IPP Transaction-Based Printing Extensions to item (m)
