Hi,
I just posted an Interim draft of the IPP WG Charter based on recent IPP WG
discussions, the associated IPP OAuth Wiki page, and review at the PWG F2F
in February 2024:

This draft is a second complete update (all sections) for IPP WG review.
Changes:
- added "trust models and authentication technologies" to intro paragraph
- TRUSTNOONE: deleted "Template" from Job and Document attributes
- BASE: fixed 5100.5-2024 (was 2019), fixed 5100.13-2023 (had colon),
deleted 5100.18
(INFRA) and 5100.22 (SYSTEM) (since they aren't referenced by BASE)
- added page breaks as needed (for readability)
- OOS-3: reworded to avoid confusion with OOS-2 and OBJ-2 (no new transport
bindings hidden in other IPP projects)
- TRUSTNOONE-2: corrected milestone to Q4 2024
