Specifically:
The file name needs to be corrected
The document should be checked for occurrences of "ners" , (and "ning" and
"ned" and other places where a global gone wrong wiped out "scan")
Clarify in section 2.2.3 that subsets apply to simplified service bindings
as well as 38 resource constrained products.
Sequence diagrams should be removed
Section 3.3 the semantic, the elements and operations are applicable
regardless of interface
(sorry, no redline or change section)
