Does this statement imply that the initiator doesn't need to
do a logout if it does both TRANSPORT_CLOSE(I2T) and (T2I)?
Perhaps you could reword "then target is should Logout ASAP"
to "Initiator should Logout ASAP" (since there are no other
valid actions).
